This week the team got a tour of Tŷ Gwyrddfai, the decarbonising hub in Penygroes which is a partnership led by Adra with Travis Perkins, Grŵp Llandrillo Menai and Welcome Furniture. The first of it’s kind in the UK with huge plans for decarbonising Adra homes by 2030. It was an opportunity for us to introduce Wool Insulation Wales, a company started by two members of our Welsh wool cluster, to the team there and see what next steps they can take to introduce their product to market.
Wouldn’t it be great to have Welsh wool insulation in homes across Wales!
