Adding value to Wool Event

Fferm Parlla Isaf. Rhoslefain, Tywyn, Gwynedd LL36 9NF

We will be visiting farmers John and Gillian Williams’ farm in Tywyn for our ‘Adding Value to Wool’ event on the 8th of June from 12pm where the sheep will be sheared along with live demonstrations on treating the wool to increase it’s value.

The day will include an opportunity to network over lunch from 12.00 with presentations to start at 13.00 followed by live demonstrations.

Free Felt Workshop

Take your felt making further by exploring resist techniques, shrinkage, and how to work sturdy fleece to create 3D pots, pods, or even a slipper.

This will require a lot of rolling, be prepared!
