This exciting project, funded by Welsh Government and delivered by Menter Môn, has been designed with the aim of ‘Bringing Welsh Wool stakeholders together to realise the potential of wool as a natural, sustainable and versatile material, by building on its rich heritage, enhancing understanding, facilitating collaboration and offering innovative product solutions to current challenges.

A successful day at the British wool depo in Brecon today, launching their traceability scheme across Wales. An opportunity for steering group members Mair Jones to talk about their business Wool Insulation Wales Ltd and how they are using the traceability scheme to ensure that Welsh farmers get a better price. And Suzi from Cambrian Wool discusses our scoping study into developing a 100% Welsh wool yarn for the mills in Wales, hopefully more updates on this soon!![]()
